As we scale our efforts in 2024 and beyond, we’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive and visually appealing user interface (UI) while ensuring a positive and seamless user experience (UX) in our digital products or services.

The job in a nutshell

We are looking for passionate a Designer to lead design and product management for our company and startups. Ideal candidates have a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, emphasizing outstanding user experiences.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and tasks like wireframing, prototyping and maintaining design consistency.

You’ll spend time on the following

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
Iterate designs based on feedback and continuously improve user experiences.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with the design vision.

Here’s what we’re looking for

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design prowess.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
A keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.

Bonus points if …

Familiar with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) can facilitate better collaboration with development teams.
Understand how to conduct effective user research and interpret analytics data provides valuable insights for informed design decisions.
Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io) to create interactive prototypes for user testing and development reference.
